Cinda L. Bell
Ms. Bell is involved in all aspects of SciReg’s pesticide registration activities, including data gap analyses, waiver rationales, data/study evaluation for OCSPP and OECD compliance, dossier compilation, inert ingredient clearances, and development of strategies to address study deficiencies and regulatory concerns. In addition to these responsibilities, she is a member of our biostimulant product team registering such products, along with soil/foliar amendments and fertilizers at the state level.
Ms. Bell has previously served in quality assurance positions and as a study toxicologist for Covance Laboratories, and as a regulatory manager at Janssen PMP. At Janssen, she was responsible for managing current and new product registrations within North and South America.
Ms. Bell earned her master’s degree in regulatory science from Johns Hopkins University and her bachelor’s of science degree in marine biology from Florida Institute of Technology.
