Keeva Cannavo

Ms. Cannavo has more than 10 years of experience in pesticide regulatory affairs supporting product registration and regulatory strategies across North America. She provides a range of regulatory services including preparation and submission of EPA registration packages, regulatory strategy development, study monitoring, labeling support, and state registrations for pesticide products.

Prior to joining the SciReg team, Ms. Cannavo was a Regulatory Manager at Nichino America, Inc., where she led regulatory activities for multiple active ingredient portfolios, and supported product strategy and lifecycle management decisions. Earlier in her career, she worked for regulatory consulting firms, supporting regulatory submissions and registration activities for conventional, antimicrobial, and biopesticide products.

Ms. Cannavo has extensive experience preparing new end-use and technical products for federal and state registrations, including California submissions. She has coordinated and monitored product chemistry, toxicology, ecotoxicology, and environmental fate studies, prepared regulatory documentation such as product chemistry summaries and data waivers/rationales, and supported EPA Registration Review activities, including DCIs and Interim Decisions. She also has experience in data compensation, collaborating with external consultants, and preparation of OMRI submissions.

Ms. Cannavo earned a Master of Science degree in Agricultural and Life Sciences with a concentration in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Technology from University of Maryland, College Park.
