📌 Job Opening: Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Position: Part-time / Full-time
SciReg, Inc., an established and respected science and regulatory consulting firm with a multinational client base, is seeking a part-time or full-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant (32 – 40 hours/week; 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday – Thursday/Friday).
📝 Duties Include:
- Data entry (including accounts payable/receivable), employee payroll, etc.
- Prepare and distribute client invoices.
- Organize, maintain, and distribute paper and electronic files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence (emails/letters).
- Process/scan incoming and outgoing mail.
- Interface and correspond with vendors.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies.
- Answer phones and direct phone calls.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Manage and inventory office equipment.
- Assist in keeping office organized and tidy.
- Schedule and make travel arrangements.
- Run local errands (Post Office, FedEx, etc.).

- Highly proficient with Intuit QuickBooks data entry, accounts payable/receivable, employee payroll, state/federal tax payments, etc.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Cheerful, outgoing, positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent ability to multi-task.
- Very strong writing, oral communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
